The modern and beautiful “Arosa” apartment is located only 400 meters far from Schladming town and 700 meters from the Planai Valley station. Numerous restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, the Congress Schladming and the Schladming adventure pool can be reached in the immediate vicinity.
The 65 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor of a newly built apartment house and offers space for up to 6 people. The spacious rooms convince with top equipment, taste and a lot of comfort. The living space is divided into a spacious eat-in kitchen with sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed for 2 people), TV, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The 11 m² south-facing balcony with furniture and mountain views is also accessible from the living room. The apartment also has two separate bedrooms, both with double beds and TV. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet, radio and hairdryer.
