The apartment is located on the ground floor (suitable for wheelchair users) with access to the lovely garden offering garden gazebo, natural pond, barbecue, sunbathing lawn and outdoor swimming pool (seasonal). Stay in our comfortable apartment (75 m² in size) comprising of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with a sofa bed, 1 kitchen plus 1 bathroom with shower and WC. In addition we offer our guests 1 sauna, 1 solarium, cellar bar, garage parking, storage room for skis and mountain bikes, ski boot dryer, free Wi-Fi etc. On request we offer a fresh bread roll delivery service. Booking of breakfast and/or evening meal is also available on request. The accommodation is ideal for sports enthusiasts as well as those seeking relaxation.  
Hiking trails, bus stop and cross country trails are just 50 m away from our house. Situated just 500 m from the Mooslehen chairlift. Insider tip: You stay in the childhood home of the ski racer Michaela Kirchgasser, the 3x World Champion in team competition and runner up in the slalom in Schladming. With a bit of luck you might meet her personally and get an autograph with dedication as a unique holiday souvenir to take back home.
