At the Dietrichsteinerhof Apartments & Rooms - in the immediate vicinity of the lake (only 600m) you will find our cosy and comfortable holiday flats in the heart of Faak am See. All have a large terrace or balcony with a view of the garden. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
All flats are divided into a bedroom with shower bath, living room with dining area, kitchenette (hot-air oven, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher) and flat-screen TV. Perfect for transients or short stays - our double rooms in the Eco & Standard category! You can compose your own self-service breakfast in the lobby at our breakfast bar, the bakery delivers fresh pastries every morning and you can fulfil almost all your coffee wishes at the fully automatic coffee machine. Our idyllic lakeside house with a jetty and direct access to the lake is only a 10-minute walk away. Sunshades and sun loungers are available in the lakeside house. Bathing bags and towels are waiting for you in your apartment/room on arrival. It can be used from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Bicycles can be parked in our bicycle garage, with charging facilities for e-bikes. We want to make your summer holiday and stay at Lake Faak a relaxing time and look forward to your visit!

General terms and conditions of contract: Your apartment/room will be available from 2 pm on the day of arrival at the latest. On the day of departure, the apartment/room is available until 11 am. Of course you can use our bathing beach until 7 pm on the day of departure. Cancellation conditions: The time of free cancellation depends on the rate booked. Cancellable rate: Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. The guest pays 50% of the total price in case of cancellation in the 14 days before arrival. In case of no-show, the guest will be charged the total price of the booking. Non-free cancellable rate: Room rates that are non-cancellable (non-refundable) are cheaper than rates with higher flexibility. The guest will pay the amount equal to the total price in case of cancellation at any time. 100% cancellation fee. We have a strict policy regarding non-refundable rates and do not usually allow changes or cancellations. In the event of force majeure, please contact us directly. We recommend that you take out travel insurance. Otherwise the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB 2006) apply. Local tax: May & June and from 11th September at € 1,95 per person over 17 years and per night. July, August and until 11th September with € 2,10 per person from 17 years and per night. Children and teenagers up to the age of 17 are free. Pets are welcome. We charge € 10 per night (without food) per pet. Parking is free of charge and cannot be reserved.
