In winter, the gondola lift is an 8-minute walk away and the cross-country ski trail is a 2-minute walk away. In summer you can take a walk along the Großarler-Ache directly from the house, it is an ideal starting point for numerous hikes or bike tours in the surrounding mountains. The leisure center with a swimming pool, soccer and tennis courts, mini golf course and a large children's adventure playground, which is only 1.3 km away, offers fun for everyone.
