Our beautiful, rustic farmhouse is situated in the middle of the Kitzbüheler Alpen in a central, quiet and perfect location.
The ski area/Fleckalmbahn gondola, ski school and nursery slopes, is just a 3-minute walk away. From there it’s off to the pistes in Winter and in Summer into the magnificent hiking area.
Depending on the season, skiing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, hiking, deep breaths of forest air and lots more.
Organic products, boot dryer, farmhouse “stube” with tiled stove, recreational room, garden BBQ, bicycle store, groups, families, child-friendly, animals on the farm all year round.
