Our holiday flat offers you comfort and relaxation far away from everyday's stress and struggles.

In Winter, the cross-country ski run „Ramsauer Sonnenloipe“ and several winter hiking routes pass right by the Haus Oberland - the perfect starting point for cross-country skiing and hiking. Also the Rittisberg, the ski resort Ramsau with its Kalis adventure tracks, ski schools,
restaurants and shops are within a stone's throw from here. Situated right in the center of ski amadé, within 15 minutes you reach
(by car or ski bus) the 4-Berge-Skischaukel: Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen, Reiteralm and the Dachstein glacier.
You are going to be amazed by the snow-reliable slopes in Ramsau and the region Schladming-Dachstein.

Our cosy holdiay flat features room for 2-3 people: It consists of a double room with couch. In the living room, with sat-TV, Wi-fi and a stereo system. A fully equipped kitchen with a dinette lies right next to the living room. Also available is a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an additional toilet. The generous sun balcony with a breathtaking view over the Schladminger Tauern and the Dachstein mountains can be used exclusively by you. For your sports equipment, we provide a ski storage room and a room for bicycles and other sports gear. You can use the washing machine and the dryer, too. 

Also during the summer season, Ramsau am Dachstein presents itself as a unique nature gem. Lush green meadows, resounding waterfalls and majestic mountains generate an incredible setting. Part of the scenery is the Guttenberghaus, the highest situated „Alpenverein“ hut in Styria, which can be reached directly from Haus Oberland. On the various spacious network of paths and trails, you hike to rustic and charming huts
and cabins and get to know the true promise of Ramsau's hospitality.

Always a very special experience - in summer and in winter - will be assured by taking the cable railway up to the Dachstein.
„Thrill with a view“ - this is the promise of the Dachstein bridge, which guarantees breathtaking views with its „stairway into nothingness“.
