Welcome to the Reitsamer holiday apartment! Location
Our apartment is located in Bad Hofgastein, in the central part of beautiful Gastein Valley. The railway station is just 800 m from where you will be staying, perfect for anyone arriving by train. The town center of Bad Hofgastein, with its many-and-varied shopping opportunities, is just a 3-minute drive from here by car or bus. The Schlossalm ski area is also on the outskirts of Bad Hofgastein, easy to reach by car or on one of the regularly scheduled buses. Description
Please be aware that our house is completely no-smoking and pets are also not permitted. Our Reitsamer holiday apartment is very comfortable, including furniture that is practically like new, sleeping as many as 4 people in one double bedroom along with a sofa-bed. The small open kitchen is equipped with all the most important kitchen appliances. Next to the kitchen is the living-/dining room, with a big sofa-bed and an extendable living-room table, on which a bottle of sparkling wine will already be waiting to welcome you when you get here. The bathroom with shower and WC is provided with plenty of towels and toilet paper. Out on our large terrace with comfortable rattan furniture, you will be able to enjoy your breakfast, the first hours of sunshine, along with views of the Schlossalm. You will be able to take a leisurely stroll along the Achenpromenade, taking in the sight of the idyllic mountains of Gastein Valley. The bike path is also perfect for a ride all the way to Sportgastein, if that’s what you’re in the mood for. For expeditions at even higher elevations, the lifts of the Schlossalmbahn and Stubnerkogel are the perfect way to get your hiking tour started. In Sportgastein, you will be able to set out on hikes or shorter walks, enjoying the immense tranquility of Hohe Tauern National Park to the full. Gastein in winter
In winter, the regular ski buses take you to the very heart of all the skiing action. Whether the Schlossalmbahn, Stubnerkogel, Angertal or Sportgastein, you are guaranteed to find the skiing experience that’s perfect for you. After a beautiful day on the slopes, you will be able to recharge your batteries in the saunas and the warm thermal waters of Gastein. Thanks to a variety of cross-country ski trails, some of which are even floodlit after dark, beginners and “pros” will be able to fine-tune their classic or “skating” XCing technique.
