Your holiday home is located on the ground floor or on the 1st floor of a 3-family house above Seeboden with stunning views of Lake Millstatt.
In the apartment on the 1st floor you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday on about 90 square meters and from the 40 square meter sun terrace, on the same level, you have a direct view of the lake. The apartment on the ground floor has 65 square meters and a direct garden access with terrace. On foot you reach the center of Seeboden in about 10 minutes. By car it is only 3 minutes to the lake and the various shops. You can also reach Italy and Slovenia within an hour. Ideal for strolling and enjoying. During your stay you will receive from us for free the Millstätter See Inclsuiv Card, with which you have a rich offer of free entries and various benefits. Bed linen and towels are provided during your vacation free of charge. An offer includes the final cleaning fee of 60 €. You are welcome to bring your dog to us. It costs 10 € per day. After booking, you must pay a deposit of 30% within 2 weeks. The rest and the tourist tax will be paid in cash on arrival.
