3 bedroom 100 square metre duplex apartment (living area on top floor) with off street parking for 1 car. Located in centre of Zell am See within walking distance of restaurants and shopping facilities. 350 metres from ski lifts and lake. Probably the best apartment available to rent in Zell! Main bedroom has double bed. 2nd bedroom has two single beds that can be placed together if desired. 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4). House sleeps 8 in total. There is 1 large family bathroom (toilet, basin and bath with shower), a separate shower room and separate toilet. Apartment is used by owners and for letting. SECURITY DEPOSIT. A security deposit of €500 is payable to the owner 3 weeks prior to arrival. If less than 3 weeks to your arrival date, it is payable immediately after booking. Payment will generally be made by bank transfer or other method convenient to both the guest and the owner.
