Our lake lodges impress with their unique location on the lake. Despite the quiet surroundings, you are only a bus stop away from the ski area. The old town center and the entrance to the ski area Schmittenhöhe are just a few minutes walk across the Dr. Müller Promenade. Lake View on Top!

The breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains is unparalleled. Of course, our guests can expect free WiFi as well as private parking spaces in front of the house. For mild summer evenings there is a garden with comfortable seating and a barbecue area outside.

The kitchen offers everything you need to pamper your loved ones: a ceramic hob with 4 burners, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, as well as crockery / cutlery and cooking utensils with a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. In addition, we have installed a washing machine and an iron and ironing board for our guests.

The area: The romantic old town of Zell am See offers a selection of restaurants - from typical Austrian dishes to international dishes. There are also numerous shopping opportunities just 1 km away. 36 holes await all golfers at the Golf Club Zell am See . Those guests who arrive without a car can reach the train station in just one bus stop.
