Our holiday home is located directly in the center of Kappl and is ideal for groups of up to 11 people. There is also enough space for an extra baby cot. Supermarket, bakery and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and you can do without your car. Both apartments have a balcony from which you have a beautiful view over the Paznaun Valley. In front of the house there is a large terrace and below a small meadow with swing and slide for the little ones. Due to its ideal location, only 100 m from the ski run, the free ski bus to the Ischgl ski arena can also be reached in just one minute on foot.
