Location: Altitude: 1,300 m east side, 15 minutes' walk above the town centre and the sun shines late into the evening. Free-standing, bordered by forests and meadows. A farm with panoramic views. Between freedom and closeness. 5 km to the ski base station Hochpustertal/Thurntaler, many hiking trails and tour routes, 12 km to the Italian border (south Tirolean Dolomites).
