Haus I'mperfect

Welcome to our house I'mperfect.

It is located on the outskirts of Stumm in the middle of the idyllic Zillertal.
The centre of the village with shops, bakeries and above all many excellent restaurants is nevertheless only about 600m away.

The accommodation on the first floor of our house has 3 double rooms, one of which, similar to a studio, is equipped with a kitchenette including refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, etc. Furthermore, guests will find a bathroom, a shower and a toilet. Furthermore, guests will find a bathroom, a toilet and a furnished balcony. After skiing or a walk on cold winter days, there is the possibility to warm up at the tiled stove in the living room of the house and also to use the satellite TV there. So nothing stands in the way of a relaxing holiday with family or friends. A parking space for one car is in front of the house, there is a ski storage room in the basement and W-Lan is included. In winter, the Hochzillertal skiing area is only about 2km away from the house and can be reached in 5 minutes by car.The stop for the free ski bus is about 400m (5 minutes walk) from the accommodation at the fire station Stumm. Ski resorts Hochfügen and Spieljoch in Fügen can be reached in about 30 and 11 minutes by car respectively.

In summer, the nearby Badewelt Stumm (approx. 3 minutes' walk) invites you to cool off and linger in the sun. With the hiking bus to the Zillertaler Höhenstrasse, which runs twice daily from June to October, you can discover the beauty of the mountains in the Hochzillertal hiking area.The nearest bus stop, only about 400m away, is the starting point for summer adventures in the entire Zillertal. For example, you can reach the Spieljochbahn in approx. 25 minutes comfortably by public transport, with only one change at the Fügen train station to the free hiking bus, and can then explore the hiking area on the Spieljoch with the whole family.
