A cancellation must be made in writing, only then is a cancellation valid.
  CANCELLATION CONDITIONS WINTER 2021/22:
The booking conditions according to the Austrian Hotel Regulations (AGBH's 2006) apply. In case of cancellation the following conditions apply in deviation from the AGBH's:  up to 60 days before the arrival date a free cancellation is possible  from 59 days before the day of arrival, 90 % of the total package price is due in case of late arrival or early departure, we charge the total booked package price
MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE: 
In case of border closures, lockdowns or accommodation bans immediately prior to departure, no cancellation fees will be charged. You can postpone the existing booking free of charge or get the money back.
