Romantik Hotel Julen

Romantik Hotel Julen is located in Zermatt, 10-15 min from the chairlifts and not far from the train station. The surrounding area is perfect for a variety of outdoor activities, such as skiing, cycling, hiking, sledding, tennis, ball games, etc.

Romantik Hotel Julen offers comfortable rooms styled as chalets. You can choose between 7 options:
- Chalet Single Rooms with a small balcony;
- Chalet Double Rooms with traditional décor and a balcony;
- Romantic Doube Rooms with a comfortable armchair for reading, a balcony/access to the terrace, and a direct view of Cervin;
- Chalet Comfort Room (suitable for 3 adults/families with 2 children aged 9 or less) with a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed which are separated by a sliding door;
- Romantic Suite (for max. 3 people) featuring a comfortable living area with a sofa bed, a fireplace, a balcony, and a panoramic view of Cervin and the village;
- Chalet Suite (suitable for couples/families with 2 children) featuring a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, two bathrooms, as well as a balcony with views of Cervin;
- Family Suite (suitable for families with max. 3 children) featuring two bedrooms, one of which also has a sofa bed, two bathrooms, and a balcony.
Every room also features a TV, a radio, a telephone, a safe, a minibar, a coffee machine, bathrobe and slippers, and free Wi-Fi.

After a long day on the slopes of Zermatt, unwind at the SPA Julen featuring a pool, a Finnish sauna, a Laconium, a Caldarium, relax lounges, as well as two massage rooms where you can treat yourself to a professional treatment (choose between massages, peelings, masks, facials, manicures and pedicures, etc.). A gym is also available.

Discover the two hotel restaurants – Restaurant Julen offers traditional Valaisian dishes, as well as fish and burgers, whereas the Restaurant Schäferstube is more rustic: there, you can try sheep and lamb dishes, as well as raclette and fondues. You can also take advantage of the “Dine Around” option – enjoy a half board with which you can choose to eat either in one of the two restaurants mentioned before, or the restaurant at Hotel Alpenhof. In the evenings, drop by the elegant hotel bar with a fireplace and try one of their delicious cocktails.

At Chalet Hotel Schönegg, you will also find ski lockers, baggage storage, and a laundry room (for an additional fee).

Public parking is available at Täsch (5 km from Zermatt) for an additional fee.
