Our hotel is situated about 6 kilometres south of Kirchberg near Kitzbühel at a height of approximately 1.200 metres. Here you will find an informal atmosphere and excellent food. There are rooms with two, three, and four beds; each room has its own shower or bath, WC, and telephone. There is also a coin-box telephone at the reception Facilities include a large dining hall, a small dining hall with satellite-TV, a common room that can also be used for parties, a table-tennis room (balls and bats must be brought along), and a room for skis and ski boots. As our hotel is situated in the world-famous winter-sports area around Kitzbühel, which offers a wide variety of ski lifts and aerial railways, skiing is possible directly from the hotel. There is an ideal training ground (without ski lift) for beginners in front of the hotel. The famous Pengelstein downhill course, which starts at a height of 1.940 metres, passes right by the hotel. It is said to be the most famous course of the whole area and guarantees the best snow conditions. The nearby village of Kirchberg offers another attraction - an illuminated sledge run at the Gaisberg mountain. In the summertime too our house is an excellent place for recreation and a starting point for many leisure activities, particularly for hiking and mountainbiking. Who wants to go swimming can do so in the Schwarzsee lake between Kirchberg and Kitzbühel or visit the indoor leisure pool "Aquarena" in Kitzbühel with its wide range of amenities including sauna, solarium and cafeteria, the latter overlooking the pool. Around our house there are very nice lawns and meadows ideal for playing and sunbathing. Mountainbike and hiking trails pass right in front of our doorstep. Check In 3 p.m. Check Out 10 a.m.
