Sophisticated Vegetarian Cuisine sourced from Nature As the first vegetarian hotel in Austria we indulge you with a new culinary holiday experience. We combine the best of regional specialities and conjure distinctive vegetarian- vegan dishes which even meat enthusiasts enjoy. We use organic ingredients of highest quality, ideally seasonal and from the local area, as well as herbs from our garden to create a varied menu with a reduced carbon footprint. Taxes of € 2,40/per person and day is not included.
