Our house is an ideal starting point for all activities: We give you time to spend your holiday directly on the lake, with stunning views of the crystal clear lake and the surrounding mountains of the Nockberge and the Hochgosch. At the end of our private road is our house, in a quiet location, only 5 minutes walk to the center where you will find a pharmacy, grocery stores, restaurants, bank and doctor. Whether in the green of our flower meadow - in the deck chair under one of the shady trees with a unique view of the lake and Nockberge, you can enjoy the day and relax properly. The children spend their time at the playground, the sandpit, with table tennis, badminton, football but preferably in the water with diving goggles and fins or at the water trampoline. Daughter Theresa Hitschfeld-Gruber took over the house in 1970, rebuilt it in 1979 and ran it with Friedrich Gruber until the year 2000. Stefanie and Michael Gruber have been running the house since 2000, and since 2006 Sven and Nicklas have enriched family life. A rich breakfast buffet with yoghurt, enhanced with regional delicacies, and a freshly cooked egg to your liking, invites you to feast. So you can start the day strengthened and enjoy the impressive holiday variety of Lake Millstatt.
