Haus Lotte

Our cozy holiday home for up to 8 people is located on the outskirts of the village of Lofer (Salzburgerland). Staying in our holiday home gives you a feeling of coming home after a wonderful  walk, a long bike ride or a day of skiing on the Loferer Alm. Just the beautiful view, free over the valley meadow and the mountains are a pleasure. The attractive detached holiday home is surrounded by beautiful nature and the village center with ski lift is 3 minutes by car and is a 15-minute walk away. The ski bus stops in front of the house in winter. The nice village of Lofer (Salzburgerland) with its own ski area is located near the Tirol border, about a 15-minute drive away you can visit the village of Waidring and the Steinplatte ski area. The house, which you occupy alone, is attractively furnished and very suitable for 2 families. On the ground floor is the living room with access to the terrace and satellite TV with Dutch channels, the spacious kitchen with a cozy sitting area is equipped with oven, microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge and all necessary crockery and kitchen utensils. One bedroom with a double bed, a separate toilet, the bathroom has a bath / shower and washbasin. It is also possible to use a cot and high chair. 1st floor: 2 spacious bedrooms with access to the balcony, both rooms with a double bed, 1 of which has a bunk bed for 2 people. Separate toilet and a second bathroom with shower and sink. Basement: garage, storage room for skis and washing / drying room. The spacious garden has 2 terraces where you can choose a spot in the sun or in the shade in the summer. It is possible to park 4 cars in front of the house. Nearest supermarket is located at approximately 800 meters and a restaurant / hotel where delicious schnitzels are served at approximately 200 meters. Incidentally, there is the possibility to rent a bowling alley and tennis court. In winter there is a free ski bus that stops in front of the house and drops you off at the Loferer Almenwelt ski lift. And within walking distance, several cross-country trails start for many kilometers of cross-country fun. In the summer you receive a summer card that entitles you to free access to many activities including the outdoor swimming pool and the gondola lift. The house is located on the Saalachtal runde and the Tauernradweg, one of the beautiful cycling routes in the area. You can get on one of our bikes to cycle one of the beautiful routes in the area. Particularities For reasons of tranquility, the house will not be rented to groups of youngsters. Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties in this house is forbidden. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the house
