Our unique and tradtional Carinthian "Troadkasten" (our house was used as a huge grain box) is situted at the foot of the nature park Dobratsch, ,near the thermal spa in Villach-Warmbad, in the district St.Georgen. Our small house is only a few minutes drive away from the city center and has a play and sunbathing area. There are many hiking trails and bike paths in our area. Parking available. Directly in front of our small house there is also a small stream, which ensures perfect relaxation. Additional costs: Local tax
